Works Well with: What Would Jesus Eat diet

Some may follow a diet like it's a religion, but God's diet? You have to be kidding! This seems a bit too farfetched to have faith in. The premise behind God's diet is that you should only eat foods that God created. God created animals, seeds and nuts fruits, and vegetables, therefore these were the only foods that humans are intended to consume. If you can't pick it, pluck it, pull it, or skin it, don't eat it! This diet also recommends preparing foods simply and avoiding sugar - but while you're at it, have a steak and a baked potato with butter and sour cream.

This diet does promote a lot of fruits and vegetables and doesn't completely eliminate any food groups which make this diet a manageable one to follow and even commit to for the long term. While cutting out processed foods is an essential part of any successful weight loss plan, the rest of this diet is a little farfetched. And it makes no reference to the second holy commandment of healthy weight loss - exercise.
