Denise Austin, the queen of exercise videos, has now created her very own weight loss diet called 'Forever Fit'. Looking great at 48, Denise's healthy and balanced approach to weight loss is an inspirational tool for those who are trying to lose weight.

Denise's weight loss diet consists of three different options depending on your weight loss needs. The diet doesn't eliminate any food groups, but does stipulate a fat-reduced diet. A registered nutritionist created the meal plan and it has been categorized into different caloric values depending on your weight loss goals.

The exercise component was developed by Austin , and is consistent with her popular exercise videos. Depending on your level of fitness, there is a beginner, intermediate and advanced exercise option available. The workout component itself isn't that strenuous, made up of a five minute warm-up, 20-45 minutes of cardiovascular work, 15 minutes of resistance exercises and a five minute cool down.

Denise has built herself a fitness empire - she has a line of exercise videos, exercise equipment, skincare and now her very own weight loss diet. What is great about her diet is that the philosophy is very basic - watch you portion sizes and eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Nothing new here, but it's a great place to get started, and a great way to continue to build a fan base.
