It's a little daunting, but monitoring my progress (or lack thereof) so far has kept me in line. I like to keep track of what I do in terms of exercise on a day to day basis and well keep an eye on what I'm putting into my body with food and exercise journals. It's been a force of habit ever since I got involved in athletics 12-years ago in HS. I recently was linked to a diet/workout tracker by a friend and have been using it to great joy and success.
