New Diet Book Promises Dramatic Weight Loss

Soy supplement manufacturer Dr. Aaron Tabor has just released his new diet book The Revival Slim & Beautiful Diet. Dr. Tabor co-wrote the comprehensive diet plan with his mother, Suzanne Tabor.

The Revival Diet is only partially based on food intake. Aside from counting calories dieters will also have to take Dr. Tabor’s soy supplements to lose the nearly 30 pounds the good doctor says participants can lose in 16 weeks (note that the disclaimer reads that individual results may vary). Along with a slimmer body, dieters can reportedly expect to see improvements to their skin, hair and fingernails.

Individuals will likely experience weight loss if they follow this diet plan to a ‘T’. However, the weight loss benefits of soy have not been scientifically proven. This diet does encourage exercise, though, while others do not so if you can overlook the questionable claims and do not mind taking supplements this could be half decent diet.

This is a published study using Revival products.

I will be happy to provide you with the weight loss data that has been peer-reviewed and published in one of the best journals worldwide.

IN addition to the delicious, antioxidant rich soy products, Revival now has milk protein based products (bars and shakes).  I would be happy to send you samples of those.   The Revival Slim and Beutiful Diet is a very specific, proven solution. The problem with most diets (which haven’t helped the obesity problem) is that they are either too complicated to follow for long-term, or they products simply don’t taste good enough to stay on. We’ve solved both issues as evidenced by our clinical study.

Please feel free to contact me at sw@revivaldiet.com for more information or visit www.revivaldiet.com.

I feel so silly writing this  to you. I am not one to reply to articles.  I was standing in the grocery line checkout and saw the Woman's World magazine with the big words SHRINKS BELLY FAT!  That got my attention.  Not trying to make  this a long story but like so many  others I have struggled with the 50 year old weight gain.  I have had to work hard all my life just to stay a certain size.  Growing up I was a chubby kid ( Sears half sizes ).  As I got up older and in control of what I ate things got better.  But I have had to constantly be aware of everything I eat.  I am sure that I over focused on my weight but all the other girls my age didn't seem to have my problem.  After getting married (twice) I managed to get to a size 8 and stay there until I reached 48.  Then along with everyday life problems, the last baby bird, I had 4,  leaving the nest, my only son getting married, job security not secure and my husband having a early heart attack the weight seemed to creep back into my life.  Then one day I woke up and I couldn't get into those 8's anymore and now I am in a 10.  I know that isn't anything compared to those individuals who really have 50 lbs and up to get rid of but 30 to 35 pounds that I can't make disappear is important to me.  I was always taught to present myself well and my attitude would reflect what is in me.  My dad stressed that to me so I ended up being alot like him.  I have been in front of people all my life no matter what kind of job I have done so appearances are important.  You must sell yourself first and before you can do that you must like yourself.  The good Lord gave me a great gift in that I know when I am getting down so I can press on and not get depressed.  Help .... here I am rambling on and what I want to say is it sounds good.  I purchased the magazine and I am impressed.  Ihave even been complaining about my skin not looking good and I take care of my skin and hair.  I am looking for the diet that the magazine is talking about.  Is it in the book or how do I get it.  My husband and I had our 25th wedding anniversary last year after he had his heart attack. I wasn't able to focus on me for some time.  Now I would very much like to drop a few pounds before we go on the last vacation to the beach in October.

I guess.....uh I just needed someone to vent to today.  Please direct me to where I need to go to find the diet plan.

Thanks

Susan Peek
