My
friend Anna
Fleet, a certified fitness geek and blogger on the site Fitness Gear 101 just tagged me for a
game that bloggers everywhere are partaking in called '5 Things You Don't
Already Know About Me'. I decided to take part and reveal five things that not
everyone knows about me.
I am obsessed with apples. I don't just mean that I like apples. I absolutely
LOVE apples. I have a fake apple on my desk, eat several apples a day and will
make a trip to the supermarket at any hour if I run short on my apple supply.
I'm so addicted to apples that in the third grade my mom decided it would be a
great idea to pack me a different fruit than an apple one day and it ruined my
entire day. I actually faked sick and told my teacher I had to go home.
Besides my odd apple obsession, another thing most people don't know about me
is that I had my appendix removed when I was 16. It was a traumatic experience,
but I now have an interesting scar from my operation.
When we went to pick up my Golden Retriever Sunny as a puppy I was scared
of her. I had been petrified of big dogs as a kid and didn't really know what to
expect. When she passed away last year I couldn't imagine my life without her
and plan to one day get a small tattoo of her paw.
I listen to books on tape during my commute to work in the mornings and usually
read the captions on TV while I run on the treadmill. I always find it so weird
that I listen to books and read TV.
I love peanut butter. That would be fine, except my boyfriend is seriously
allergic to peanuts, which means we can't have any peanut butter in our home. I
sneak spoonfuls of natural peanut butter every time I visit my sister. My
friend Anna says I must really love my boyfriend to give up peanut butter for
him.
Let's find out what my fashionista friend Angela, the fashion editor for Think Fashion wants everyone to learn about her. When
she's not blogging about Miss.USA or Lindsay Lohan's atrocious eating habits
Angela can be found doing what she loves best - shopping.
