She toned up her body by running five miles per day and by eating lean meats, vegetables and cereal. Hollywood sweetheart Reese Witherspoon reportedly slimmed down by running and practicing yoga. She has taken on a diet of high fiber foods and fish.
Kate Hudson has experienced more than her share of hurt after splitting with husband Chris Robinson, of the Black Crowes, in August 2006 and then broke up with new boyfriend Owen Wilson a few months later. Instead of locking herself in a room with a box of Krispy Kremes, Kate took action. She reportedly lost 10 pounds by running daily, taking strip aerobics classes and chowing down on sushi and fresh produce.
